GRNDXHUB is a membership for independent musicians, producers and record labels.

1. Acceptance of terms

Accessing, downloading, installing, or using the GRNDXAGENCY Services, whether or not you become a registered member (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to adhere to these Terms, which You fully acknowledge that You have read and understood.

GRNDXAGENCY maintains the right, at any time, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms.

2. Earning & Income Disclaimer

GRNDXAGENCY cannot and will not make any guarantees about the ability of results or any return financial with our ideas, strategies, information or tools. All results or case studies are relative to the individuals including time and effort contributed.

Please understand that all products, courses, resources and services by GRNDXAGENCY are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we also do not offer any legal, tax or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for the results and decision made using any of our material.

Your registration here is a declaration of agreement to not hold us liable for any decision, action or result at any time or under any circumstance.

3. Membership Subscriptions & Cancellations

Your grndxhub membership, is available on a month to month or Yearly basis in both scenarios you must cancel/pause your membership if you no longer wish to be charged.

You are obligated to provide us with current and valid payment method in order to use our GRNDXHUB membership or services.

One time product purchases with fixed prices are non refundable

Monthly Subscription: You have (14) Days to request a refund from the date of original purchase. Any refund request made after 14 day period will not be processed.

You may cancel at any time after the initial (14) Days has passed, however, any monthly charges after the first (14) days of membership will not be refunded.

Yearly Subscription: You have (14) Days to request a refund from the date of original purchase. Any refund request made after 14 day period will not be processed.

4. Auto Membership Renewals

Monthly Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription purchaser notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to memberships and cancellations for further details.

Yearly GRNDXHUB Members will be notified via email prior to renewal with the option to renew at the original yearly price.

5. 1:1 Consultations

Unfortunately, we don’t provide any free consultation services but offer our members heavily discounted consultation service. Members also benefit from our indie community and regular Q&A’s.
